5Star Relocation ("we," "us," or "our") offers relocation, household setup, convenience, and support services under various subscription plans (Essentials, Pro, Premium) as detailed on our website. Services may include coordination with vetted third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By signing up, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Coordination

Some services are fulfilled directly by 5Star Relocation, while others are arranged through third-party providers.
We coordinate and schedule services on your behalf, but performance and warranties may be governed by third-party terms.
We are not liable for delays, failures, or issues arising from third-party providers, but we always work to resolve problems swiftly and fairly.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed as stated on the plan you select.
Payment must be received before services can be activated.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing with at least 14 days' notice before the renewal date.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time; however, refunds are not guaranteed for partially used subscription periods.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

5Star Relocation provides coordination and management services. Except where explicitly stated (such as in our Warranty Plans), we do not provide insurance or assume liability for loss, damage, or failure of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5Star Relocation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from use of our services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in South Africa.
